Overview

In this role you will own the delivery, quality, and submission-readiness of clinical trial data for global Phase I–IV studies.

You’ll implement risk-based data collection and QA across EDC and external sources, represent Data Management on the Core Trial Team, and lead study-level data deliverables and timelines.

You’ll oversee CRO/vendor activities, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive data management standardization and automation initiatives.

This position offers cross-functional collaboration across a global team and opportunities to shape data practices in healthcare trials.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end data management for global clinical trials (Phase I–IV)
  • Implement risk-based data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, and QA across EDC and external data sources
  • Represent Clinical Data Management on the Core Trial Team
  • Lead study-level data management deliverables, including timelines and resources
  • Coordinate CRO/vendor activities and manage operational issues
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and submission-ready data packages
  • Support adherence to CDISC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to evolution of data management standards, SOPs, and process improvements; promote automation/AI where appropriate
  • Mentor colleagues and share knowledge within Clinical Data Management
  • Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, data management, or related field
  • ≥8 years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare
  • Proven track record of end-to-end data management for global trials
  • Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and CRO/vendor activities
  • Proficiency with clinical data management systems and tools
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and CDISC data standards
  • Commitment to continuous development and knowledge sharing in data management
  • Experience with Risk Based Data Monitoring preferred
  • Experience with automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions is an advantage
