Overview
In this role you will support the operation, planning and execution of IT infrastructure strategies at the Milton Keynes Manufacturing site and across Animal Health facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance and translate business needs into effective infrastructure solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery from demand to service management, collaborating with global and local teams to meet SLAs and improve the customer experience. You will champion the One IT Operating Model and shape IT improvements in a global context.
Responsibilities
- Support global IT infrastructure projects at Milton Keynes and Animal Health UK
- Provide resolution for complex IT infrastructure issues at the sites
- Manage local IT infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with global and local support teams to meet SLAs
- Enhance customer experience through reliable services
- Maintain up-to-date lifecycle management of IT equipment
- Provide standby support on a rotation basis
- Participate in global teams focused on IT improvements
- Apply and promote the One IT Operating Model in daily work
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Proven ITIL service lifecycle experience
- Proven IT-infrastructure experience
- Relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications
