Account Manager β North East England and South East Scotland Due to internal promotion we have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our high performing companion animal team. As a field- based Account Manager Animal Health within a defined and well established territory covering South-East Scotland and North-East England you will be the primary point of contact for our Companion Animal Veterinary customers, responsible for delivering growth on our existing product portfolio and accelerating the launch of new products as well as delivering and outstanding level of customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be competent in building strong relationships with customers quickly to deliver sales against targets, to increase market share and drive market growth. You will be skilled in quickly creating and building trusted partnerships with your assigned customers, working with many stakeholders within veterinary practice in order to maximise on the potential within these accounts. Assessing, forecasting, developing strategic plans and reviewing sales to achieve quarterly and annual targets. Taking ownership and accountability for all activity within assigned accounts and territory - planning and organising time and resources effectively to meet objectives and required call rates in your territory. Uncovering customer needs, identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations for joint commitment plans with your customersEffectively managing internal relationships to provide the optimal level of service for your customersBuilding long term sustainable and profitable relationships with all relevant personnel in veterinary businessesAdapting sales approach to meet the needs of the contact objective, customer needs and customer commitment required to the varying different types of customer in a veterinary business. CRM: Delivering on KPIs on call cycle planning and updating and maintenance of customer records.
