Your Role
The Client Cell Culture team in Glasgow is responsible for preparing samples from client material for use in follow-on assays or tests required to characterize product or material safety, as well as the production of internal cell banks which are used in downstream GMP biosafety assays. As part of this department, your primary focus will be to support process improvements related to our internal cell bank program. Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of routine tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and relevant compliance regulations. The scope of responsibility includes housekeeping, equipment maintenance, stock control, and assisting Associate Scientists with cell bank productions. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues are essential for success in this role.

- HND/Degree/MSc Student, or recent graduate in relevant subject looking for work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective working as part of a team
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and drive
- Good standard of written and spoken English and are computer literate; previous experience working with Microsoft applications would be advantageous
