Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Stock Controller to join our team based in Glasgow.
Our Stores team is responsible for the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring materials received are in good condition, fit for use and are logged into our LIMS or Oracle system.
As our Material Handler, you will work closely with Quality Control, Purchasing & end users to make materials available in accordance with Gx P and help resolve any issues relating to raw materials.
You will be supported by your Materials Supervisor to meet out internal customer needs on a high throughput site.
You'll own practical tasks like identifying slow-moving stock, tackling waste by preventing expiry, and running smart stock counts that keep our supply chain agile.

Who You Are
- SQA National 5 (or equivalent) including English and Maths minimum.
- Previous experience in Stock Control from any industry.
- Previous experience working with material inventory systems (such as SAP, Oracle or LIMS) is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety in a materials environment is preferred.
- You must have good attention to detail and are highly results focused.
- Hold a valid UK driving license and be confident in the transport of materials.
