You Role
We are seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Glasgow focusing on Manufacturing Data Audit. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, perform audits on manufacturing data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct audits of manufacturing data to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports, including recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to audits, findings and corrective actions.
- Participate in training and development of staff regarding quality standards and data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, Engineering).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
