We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Gillingham, Dorset. In this role you will provide essential support to the Site and Senior Leadership Team across workplace management, project coordination and administration. You will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of site facilities operations by coordinating service desk activities, supporting leadership scheduling, managing contractor visits, maintaining maintenance and financial records and driving continuous improvement in site processes.

You will also support a range of site projects through administration and documentation, while independently planning and delivering smaller initiatives. This is a varied, hands-on role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across teams in a professional site environment.

Who You Are

  • Highly organised and motivated, with strong time management and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • A confident communicator, able to work professionally with colleagues, contractors, visitors and stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in MS Office.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting efficient site processes.
  • Previous experience in an administration/coordination role is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable working in a safety-focused environment; experience in small project coordination or a regulated environment is an advantage.
