Your Role: You will perform routine and custom GLP/GMP studies, maintain good housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and stock control to ensure smooth laboratory operation. Your work supports a wide variety of assays to support development and manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical industry, recording scientific observations and maintaining documentation in line with industry standards.
Responsibilities: Work within the laboratory in accordance with SOPs and relevant compliance regulations, ensuring routine studies are completed on time and recorded accurately to meet GLP/GMP and scientific standards.
Who You Are: You have an HND or higher qualification in a Biological Science discipline. Previous experience working in a biological lab environment. Aseptic technique and cell culture experience. Experience handling high volume, fast‑paced work with solutions‑focused problem solving. You are highly self‑motivated, with strong initiative and a drive to finish. Strong focus on quality and safety. Strong planning and organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
Desirable: Prior knowledge and experience working to GLP and/or GMP in a similar environment. Experience with microscopy. Prior working knowledge of LIMS.
