Your role: As a Rare Tumour Manager for South West and South Wales within our newly established Rare Tumours team, you will own the commercial strategy across your territory—building trust‑based relationships with healthcare professionals and driving treatment adoption through expert clinical engagement. Operating with considerable autonomy, you will develop and execute cross‑functional key account plans, lead evidence‑based clinical discussions, and help build or improve referral networks, treatment pathways, and multidisciplinary stakeholder involvement across accounts. You will analyse territory performance and customer insights to continuously sharpen your strategy, identify new business opportunities, and contribute market intelligence that actively shapes brand direction. Throughout, you will uphold full compliance with all applicable regulations and invest in your ongoing therapeutic and commercial development.

Who You Are: You bring 10 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with at least 5 years in a sales or commercially focused role within rare oncology or a closely related rare disease field. You have a proven track record in successful drug launches and a strong ability to drive account ownership and revenue growth in complex, multidisciplinary environments. You have a strong understanding of payer policies, healthcare system structures, local care pathways, and decision‑making processes. You combine sound business acumen with excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills, and a consistent record of delivering results. You demonstrate an omnichannel mindset with confidence in digital engagement tools and virtual customer interactions. You are self‑directed, resilient, and driven by a commitment to continuous learning and high performance. You are willing to travel across your territory, including overnight stays, and to adapt your working hours to meet customer needs.
