Your Role
In your role as the Alliance and Sourcing Lead, you will lead the overall relationship management with one or more strategic or preferred partners. You will drive partnership governance and support internal stakeholders through effective vendor selection, contracting, and performance oversight. Your responsibilities will include managing open or escalated issues, facilitating bi‑directional communication, and identifying outsourcing needs in collaboration with internal teams. You will also drive the RFP process for new vendors and support the development of contract modules, ensuring efficient operations and innovative solutions.
Who You Are
Must‑Have Qualifications- Graduate degree in a scientific, medical, or relevant business discipline.
- Proven work experience in alliance management, CRO, vendor management, or equivalent experience in clinical outsourcing and pricing analysis.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiations and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of clinical operations functions and drug development processes.
- Substantial managerial and cross‑functional leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix environment.
- Proven adaptability, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated agility in responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Resilience in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on objectives.
