Your role: The Executive Director, Head of Clinical Delivery and Monitoring leads global operational delivery and monitoring strategy for clinical trials across sub‑teams in the Clinical Delivery & Patient Centricity organization. The position requires strategic vision and governance to ensure high‑quality execution of clinical studies, fostering collaboration across functions and driving patient‑centric initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the global operational delivery and monitoring strategy for clinical trials.
  • Integrate and oversee Delivery and Monitoring Sub‑Units, Clinical Monitoring Excellence Lead, Site & Patient Support Excellence Center, Key Deliverables teams and DCT Excellence Center.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP regulations and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless trial execution.
  • Enhance patient and site experience through best‑practice frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders across functions and cultures.
  • High degree of cultural awareness and experience leading diverse, global teams.
  • Deep understanding of clinical operations, monitoring practices and ICH‑GCP regulations.
  • Proficient in developing and executing clinical monitoring strategies, managing both in‑house and outsourced activities.
  • Skilled in enhancing patient and site experience and incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits: Base Pay Range: $281,500.00 – $422,300.00 (actual compensation will be determined by location, level of experience, education, skills and other factors; may be eligible for sales or performance‑based bonuses). Benefits include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions and other perquisites.
