This role is a Rare Tumour Manager position based in Scotland and Northern Ireland, responsible for owning the commercial strategy across the territory. You have a proven track record in successful drug launches and a strong ability to drive account ownership and revenue growth in complex, multidisciplinary environments. You have a strong understanding of payer policies, healthcare system structures, local care pathways, and decision‑making processes. You combine sound business acumen with excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills, and a consistent record of delivering results. You demonstrate an omnichannel mindset with confidence in digital engagement tools and virtual customer interactions. You are self‑directed, resilient, and driven by a commitment to continuous learning and high performance. You are willing to travel across your territory, including overnight stays, and to adapt your working hours to meet customer needs. Candidates can be based in Scotland or Northern Ireland but extensive experience working with the Scottish healthcare system is essential.
