Your role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Rare Tumours business, play a pivotal role in driving growth of two innovative oncology brands in rare diseases. This role brings the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategy end-to-end, thrive in a brand-new business unit, and make a real impact for patients. We are commercialising the first and only FDA, EC and MHRA approved medicine for adults with progressing desmoid tumours who require systemic treatment and recently gained MHRA approval for another rare tumour indication. You will be working on a hybrid basis in our Feltham head office with 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful commercialisation and launch of two rare oncology brands with a handsâon, canâdo approach.
- Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, face to face and other channels.
- Create and localise impactful materials for diverse stakeholders (e.g., HCPs, patients) aligned with brand objectives and field team needs.
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis; infer insights and refine marketing strategy and tactics.
- Plan and execute congresses and other relevant stakeholder events in crossâfunctional collaboration.
- Partner with external agencies and crossâfunctional teams â especially medical, sales and market access â to deliver highâquality outputs.
- Ensure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations and industry standards, in collaboration with legal and regulatory teams.
- Track and optimise marketing KPIs and ROI; manage and optimise marketing budget in a proactive manner.
Who you are:
Required:
- BSc or higher in life science, marketing or communication.
- 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing or other relevant role.
- Hospital speciality care therapeutic area experience.
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong prioritisation, organisation, and timely execution skills.
Desirable:
- Rare Disease or Oncology experience.
- Product launch experience.
