Purpose of the Role: Perform service activity strategies on an assigned geographical territory while integrating digital services to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Install, connect, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of products and equipment, ensuring compliance with trainings, SOPs, standards, EHS rules and regulations while maximizing first time fix rate.
  • Conduct proactive monitoring of covered systems and perform remote troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Perform Water Purification System data analysis and reporting to customers within the framework of Remote Health Check service to ensure water purification system is operating within the specifications and to optimize the performance of the system.
  • Manage own car stock (spare parts) to maximize first-time fix rates without impacting the non-moving parts list.
  • Interact closely with Inhouse functions to improve customer experience.
  • Propose service products and purification solutions, transfer information to Sales, leveraging customer interactions to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Ensure data integrity using CRM tools, following guidance and SOPs. Provide timely and accurate updates to the CRM and to the service documentation shared with the customer.
  • Regularly report to Management and escalations any situations (including SQE Event) requiring their support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical degree, diploma, or certification at High School (or similar work experience).
  • Experience: Solid Technical Experience on Laboratory instruments and field activities of his/her Business Field, and on digital tools as network connectivity and CRM.
  • Technical Competencies: technical knowledge of water purification system ranges, troubleshooting skills on water purification system ranges, water chemistry.
  • Additional Skills: Familiar with Service concepts, practices, and procedures in an ISO environment. Data analysis and graphs interpretation using MyMilli-Q. Strong organizational skills (good time management, maintain work areas clean and organized, and problem-solving skills). Customer oriented. Communicate with internal and external partners in a professional manner. Team player and Learning agility.
