Your role: In your role as the Alliance and Sourcing Lead, you will lead the overall relationship management with one or more strategic or preferred partners. Your responsibilities will include managing open or escalated issues, facilitating bi‑directional communication, and identifying outsourcing needs in collaboration with internal teams. You will also drive the RFP process for new vendors and support the development of contract modules, ensuring efficient operations and innovative solutions.

- Graduate degree in a scientific, medical, or relevant business discipline.
- Proven work experience in alliance management, CRO, vendor management, or equivalent experience in clinical outsourcing and pricing analysis.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Substantial managerial and cross‑functional leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix environment.
