The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Lab Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

This internship will support the Specialty, Pharma, and Infectious Diseases Global Scientific Training team in the Center for Scientific Exchange Excellence. The intern will assist with various projects to support scientific training development as assigned, including but not limited to video chaptering, transcript creation, AI-based summarization, and slide deck development. This role offers hands‑on experience in the creation of training for the Medical Affairs (Value & Implementation) audience, as well as digital training content management.

  • Internship duration: 12 weeks, Assist in segmenting and chaptering training videos for easier navigation
  • Create accurate transcripts of video content
  • Utilize AI tools to generate concise summaries of scientific materials and learning reinforcement questions
  • Develop and enhance slide decks to support training presentations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
  • Manage SharePoint training sites

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Microsoft Office, Clip Champ and Stream proficiency

Preferred Experience and skills:

  • Experience using generative AI
  • Project management experience
  • Healthcare professional degree students (PharmD, MD, NP, PA, etc.) and/or PhD candidates
