Job Description

Oncology is a technically complex, competitive and fast moving market. If you want to be part of something truly significant in our company, and in the field of cancer treatment in the UK, then there is no better opportunity to develop your marketing career.

We are keen to recruit Brand and Customer Managers (BCM) who will be reporting into a Senior Brand and Customer Manager (sBCM).

The BCM’s will be part of a diverse team of relevant subject matter experts and should be responsive to the business needs. Activities can include leading the cross-functional team, development of insights driven strategies, operational plans and activities that deliver value and drive the desired behavioural change across all relevant external stakeholder groups thereby delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients, our customers and our business.

Oncology Activities and Priorities:

The BCM is expected to be responsible for activities including:

  • Lead responsibility of marketing-led campaigns, ensuring delivery against strong KPIs and review of performance
  • Working with core cross-functional pre-launch team to develop patient pathway map and customer stakeholder mapping
  • Ownership and management of the indication promotional budget, working with the cross-functional team to ensure delivery against it
  • Utilisation of our strategic planning process to develop a segmented customer engagement approach, producing customer journey and engagement plans with personalisation of messaging to drive behaviour change with key customers
  • Work with the cross-functional team to ensure delivery on indication ‘must wins’/opportunity spaces
  • Build relationships with global/regional/local internal stakeholders
  • Work with Agile principles and support the cross-functional team to achieve this effectively
  • Build therapeutic and product knowledge
