Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met Nederlandstalige klanten.
- Verstrekken van uitstekende ondersteuning en begeleiding bij het gebruik van onze producten en diensten.
- Proactief opvolgen van klantverzoeken en zorgen voor tijdige oplossingen.

Nederlands is je moedertaal en je bent ook communicatief vaardig in het Engels. Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een customer success of vergelijkbare klantgerichte rol. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Empathisch vermogen en klantgerichte mindset. Ervaring met CRM-software en andere klantbeheertools is een pluspunt. Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken. Bereidheid om naar Griekenland te verhuizen; wij ondersteunen jou bij de verhuizing.
