Responsibilities Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices. Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable. Experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup. Proficiency in common office software applications and CRM systems.
