Key Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Document each customer interaction thoroughly for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
