Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); English skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
