In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, assisting Dutch and Flemish speaking customers with their inquiries, bookings, and issues related to Booking.com's services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality customer service to Dutch/Flemish speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and other inquiries regarding Booking.com services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory; good command of English is beneficial.
