Digital Learning Developer Part Time
Location : Home Based
Salary : GBP30,000 – GBP40,000 pro rata (22.5 hours per week)

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Digital Learning Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative digital learning solutions that directly impact learners.
- Administer LMS systems and content web players.
- Collaborate with the product team to align digital learning solutions with our product roadmap and business strategy.
- Project manage the implementation of digital learning solutions.
- Produce detailed documentation and proposals for various learning initiatives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest advancements in digital learning technologies.
- Liaise with software partners and vendors to support ongoing development.
What We re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A solid understanding of instructional design principles, pedagogy, and educational theories.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design in eLearning.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly in AI-driven learning tools.
- Strong quality assurance skills with a methodical approach to testing learning solutions.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
- Project management experience, especially in managing multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as video editing tools, content sharing applications, and online training software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Synthesia.
