You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, developing and inspiring a team of 5 Account Executives and 2 SDRs to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Driving the performance of a sales function responsible for approximately £2 million in annual revenue.
- Creating and implementing sales strategies, processes and initiatives that support business growth.
- Monitoring pipeline health, conversion rates and sales activity to maximise opportunities and performance.
- Delivering regular coaching, mentoring and performance development to help individuals reach their full potential.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to align sales activity with wider business objectives.
- Producing and presenting sales performance insights, forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Championing a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
