We are seeking dedicated and reliable Assemblers to join our production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and diagrams
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly processes
- Inspect assembled items for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work area at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is desirable
- Previous experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
