We are seeking to recruit an inspirational, enthusiastic and self‑reflective Teacher of Mathematics to start employment in September 2026. The role would suit an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Competent IT skills are necessary as staff are supplied with a Microsoft Surface Pro and can use smartboards in classrooms.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe environment where children and young people feel heard.
  • Be aware of indicators of abuse and neglect.
  • Remain vigilant to changes in behaviour or mood.
  • Report safeguarding concerns in line with the school's Safeguarding Children and Child Protection Policy.
  • Attend safeguarding training and updates as requested.

The role requires an enhanced DBS check with the children’s barred list and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; applicants must disclose convictions and cautions in accordance with policy.
