Merchant Taylors' School is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to produce food for the day’s menu, ensure portions and presentation, and support the Catering Manager and Senior Sous Chef. You will manage mise-en-place, assist with functions, and contribute to menu development within budget constraints.
You will handle deliveries checks, safety procedures, and maintain school hygiene under HACCP, while collaborating with staff to deliver high-quality meals on time.
