About The Role
Merchant Taylors Company are one of the Great Twelve livery companies in the City of London. Formed in 1327, we are a thriving membership organisation whose members share a passion for community, education and philanthropy. In our award-winning historic venue, we entertain our members and guests. We are now looking for a Front of House Supervisor to complete our Front of House team. Reporting to the Banqueting Operations Manager, we offer you a varied role with plenty of learning potential where you will play a pivotal part in providing a first-class front of house service. This is a hands-on leadership role which requires active involvement, transparency and accountability.
What we can offer you:
- Work/Life Balance: Most of our events take place Mondays to Friday, so most of your weekends will be free.
- Our venue closes for Christmas and New Year. We give these days to you in addition to your annual leave allowance.
- We offer 25 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays (or TOIL for any Bank Holidays worked).
