Merchant Rentals Ltd in Haydock, Merseyside is seeking a Collections Administrator for a 12-month FTC to join our Credit Control Team, handling high-volume debt collection and customer inquiries. You will pro-actively chase payments from about 3,000 debtors monthly, maintain accurate records, and prepare arrears reports, while ensuring compliance with FCA, GDPR and the Consumer Credit Act.
This role is 36.25 hours per week with a hybrid remote option (2 days remote) and a salary of £26,275.
