Position: Client Coordinator

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary package : £31,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services and procedures via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations and appointments for clients with our medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Provide personalised assistance and support to clients throughout their journey, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with our medical team and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of client appointments and services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence as needed.
  • Stay informed about our services, procedures, and pricing to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using phone, email, and messaging platforms for client communication.
