Support and mentor colleagues in developing a business development mindset and skills. Contribute to market insights and product development initiatives to enhance the Impact team’s communication offerings.
- Strategic Communication Leadership: Lead the development and execution of innovative, multi-channel communication strategies for complex client initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Serve as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders, providing expert guidance on communication approaches and best practices. Oversee the creation, review, and quality control of all communication collateral, including letters, digital content, presentations, and videos, ensuring high standards and consistency. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to junior team members on communication deliverables and approaches.

Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to optimise project outcomes and profitability. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project financials, including utilisation and profitability, and report progress to leadership.
- People Leadership and Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Participate in recruitment and performance management activities as required. Promote an inclusive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
What you need to have:
