We are seeking a Pensions Implementation Consultant to join our team. Within this role you’ll use your expertise to deliver seamless client onboarding and project execution. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the office. This role can be based out of Bristol / Edinburgh / Birmingham / Chichester.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage implementation projects and client onboarding processes with precision and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
- Support finance teams in managing outstanding debts related to your projects.
- Identify and refer business opportunities to specialists within Mercer and the wider Marsh group.
- Ensure all work under your responsibility meets Mercer’s high-quality standards.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
- Experience in client interaction.
- Experience within employee benefits / pension administration.
- Progress towards or achievement of QCF Level 4 qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of the provider recommendation process and new pension scheme implementation.
- Strong understanding of pension salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automatic enrolment requirements.
