Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team. This role will be based in London or Chichester, West Sussex, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
- Ensure revenue from the portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
- Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.
- Work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans.
What you need to have
- In-depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential.
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills).
- Consulting and relationship management skills.
- Technical, product and process knowledge.
- Inter-personal, communication and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
