We are seeking a dynamic, reliable individual to join our Equity Manager Research team at Mercer. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the equity team based in London, with collaborative reach across the globe, working on varied tasks and projects. This is a hybrid role – you would be expected in the office at least three days each week.
The Manager Research team at Mercer boasts more than 200 investment professionals, spanning 15 countries and more than 30 cities. We serve clients across the spectrum, supporting manager selection for US$16.2 trillion through advisory relationships and US$692 billion for discretionary clients.
The Equity Research Administrator / Analyst will work closely with colleagues to deliver our insights effectively, efficiently and consistently. This means that day-to-day, you will, among other things:
- Help deliver manager research and other regular reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and the production of strategic thought pieces.
- Provide and maintain operational frameworks to facilitate collaboration and governance structures.
We will rely on you to:
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate research of a regular and ad hoc nature.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to produce regular reporting, both written and numbers-based (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Own Teams channels to facilitate broad global collaboration and strengthened governance practices.
- Provide analysis of relevant data (sourced by you) to support strategic projects.
- Assist with formatting of documents from a range of team members, and/or creating templates for the team to use, to ensure consistency.
- Manage projects from an operational perspective.
