If you are someone with a curious mind, who is looking for a place to flourish and innovate, this could be the role for you. The Communications Consultant is a client-facing role delivering our services to a portfolio of clients. You will work on a variety of projects, helping clients engage employees with their benefits and supporting HR change activity. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the London office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and support multiple client communications projects simultaneously.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings and workshops to define project scope and objectives.
- Identify communication requirements for engaging clients' employees effectively.
- Create and manage communication strategies, including project plans and milestones.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to open up new opportunities and support account management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a communications-related role, preferably in consultancy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A good understanding of copywriting fundamentals, including editing and proofreading.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and ask difficult questions.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in employee benefits and technology products is advantageous.
- Creativity in copywriting and ideas generation.
- Experience in facilitating meetings and ensuring relevance to the agenda.
- A self-starter attitude with curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to monitor and track financial control on projects effectively.
