We are seeking a talented Client Director to join our UK Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our London, Bristol, or Chichester office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead the client teams in delivery of comprehensive benefits consulting and advisory services, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation within existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams including consulting, advisory, operations, and technology to deliver integrated solutions
  • Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance metrics
  • Provide strategic insights and thought leadership on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging benefits practices
  • Manage client escalations and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively
  • Represent Mercer Marsh Benefits at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand reputation

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
