Mercer is seeking a Team Leader for our Global Benefits Manager (GBM) team in London. You will lead a high-performing account management team, owning a portfolio of multinational client relationships and driving client satisfaction, retention and growth.
The role is based in London on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office. You will act as escalation point for complex client issues and collaborate with sales and product/technology to deliver client value.
