Mercer in London is seeking a Team Leader for our Global Benefits Manager (GBM) team who will head a high-performing account management group and own a portfolio of multinational client relationships, accountable for client satisfaction, retention and growth.

The successful candidate will be based in London on a hybrid basis, with three days in the office each week, will lead, coach and develop the team, and partner with sales, product and technology to drive client value.
