We are seeking a talented Trainee Client Manager to join our Digital team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This hybrid role (2‑3 days per week in the office) will be based in Bristol or London. At MMB Digital, we are at the forefront of transforming the employee benefits experience through innovative digital solutions. Our team is dedicated to leveraging technology and deep market expertise to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

In a high‑growth, dynamic environment you will help shape the future of benefits platforms and client engagement. We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, providing consultative support throughout the client journey.
  • Define and execute a rolling 12‑month strategic client plan to protect and grow revenue, including identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Lead operational activities such as quarterly business reviews, client planning, milestone tracking, and coordination with delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage client retention and satisfaction targets, ensuring all client‑related systems and toolkits are accurately maintained and communicated.
