We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). The role of the Billings & Operations Manager will be to own and manage our business financial processes and efficient delivery of these processes across our fiduciary activities, which include client invoicing and cash management. The role will also work to drive efficiencies across our fiduciary activities and work on border tactical and strategic initiatives to support business goals.
For this role we’re looking for someone to be based in London / Bristol / Chichester or Birmingham on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in office).
We will count on you to:
- Own and manage the business financial processes across our fiduciary activities, including client invoicing and cash management to ensure we meet our goals.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business and our functional teams to drive positive changes across fiduciary activities that deliver efficiencies, financial or operational benefits.
- Present financial metrics and trends on key performance indicators to support business management oversight and decision making.
- Apply strong problem‑solving (and project management) skills to lead and coordinate key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Help to develop and deliver training and supplemental materials.
- Manage a team to deliver our fiduciary processes effectively and act as the key liaison with functional teams on the same.

- Capable analytical, organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business process improvement, problem solving, and project management.
- Solution focused, with strong data analytical skills and the ability to present data outcomes to support management decision making.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel capacities.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and be a natural problem solver in a demanding work environment.
- Experience of managing a team to deliver results.
- Strong attention to detail and role models this behaviour to deliver results.
