We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Mercer and Hughes in Saffron Walden.

This role is ideal for:
- Registered Veterinary Nurses with a few years’ experience looking to further develop their skills
- Student Veterinary Nurses who are looking to progress within a specialist clinical environment
You will have the opportunity to work with a varied and complex caseload, gaining valuable experience across advanced nursing techniques, diagnostics, inpatient care, and surgical procedures.
The practice offers an impressive range of in-house facilities, allowing the team to provide advanced diagnostics, treatment, and inpatient care including:
- Extensive in-house laboratory
- Digital, diplomat-reviewed cytology with rapid turnaround times
- High-quality ultrasound, including ultrasound-guided aspirates
- Endoscopy, including biopsies and foreign body retrieval
- CT scanner
- Two dedicated surgical suites
- Separate dental suite with dental X-ray facilities
- Extensive soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical instrumentation
