Overview
As a Senior Health & Protection Consultant in Mercer Marsh Benefits, you will manage and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients within a global, supportive consultancy. The role sits in the Large Corporate Consulting Team, with a hybrid setup in London, Chichester or Birmingham and a minimum three days in the office. You will drive client outcomes, expand service lines, and maintain strong relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet client plans. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients with quality consulting and ongoing service
- Ensure portfolio profitability and identify opportunities to expand service delivery
- Manage and grow client relationships and win new business; collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations per account plans
Key requirements
- In depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation)
- Consulting and relationship management skills
- Technical, product and process knowledge
- Inter-personal, communication and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
