Overview
In this role you join Marsh's European Strategic People Advisory practice as a hands-on consultant, delivering AI-enabled people work across workforce transformation, organizational design and HR initiatives. You work on live client engagements from day one, developing analyses, building deliverables, and contributing to scalable assets with senior guidance. You’ll learn through a structured bootcamp and daily coaching, with early exposure to clients and cross‑firm collaboration with Oliver Wyman. This is a founding-like setup offering growth, visibility, and meaningful impact in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Delivery across the people agenda: workforce transformation, organizational design, HR transformation, talent and rewards
- Hands-on analysis and modelling on live engagements: data-to-insight work and client-ready outputs
- AI and intellectual capital building: contribute to AI-enabled assets, methods, and training materials
- Structured learning and apprenticeship: problem solving, client communication, and slide craft training
- Early client exposure: participate in client sessions and grow to own modules, including joint engagements with Oliver Wyman
Key requirements
- Excellent university degree in business, economics, psychology, data/analytics, or related field
- For Consultant: internship experience in consulting; For Senior Consultant: 1–3 years of consulting or equivalent analytical experience
- Strong analytical and writing aptitude; structured thinking; hypothesis-driven problem solving
- AI fluency and willingness to build with AI tools
- Demonstrated interest in people and organization topics
- Team player with high standards and ability to take responsibility early
- Willingness for European travel
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
