Overview
In this role you will lead complex, end-to-end client engagements in Europe, shaping the question and defending the recommendation at board level. You will act as the primary day-to-day partner for CHROs and transformation leaders, building trusted relationships and driving measurable, sustainable impact. You’ll work across workforce, organizational, and HR transformation areas, using AI-enabled delivery and reusable assets. You join at the outset to shape methods and culture, with exposure to European and global leadership.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end leadership of client engagements: scoping, workstream design, team leadership, quality of analysis and final recommendation
- Be the primary day-to-day counterpart for CHROs and transformation leaders, building trusted relationships
- Delivery across the people agenda: workforce, organizational, HR transformation and talent/rewards
- Shape proposals with Partners and lead pursuits toward success in a multinational client base
- Lead and develop high-performing cross-European project teams
- Create intellectual capital and AI-enabled delivery assets as standard practice
Key requirements
- 8+ years of consulting experience in a demanding environment, preferably at a top-tier strategy or leading people advisory firm
- Proven track record of selling and leading client engagements end-to-end with tangible impact
- Credibility with senior executives; presented to and won over C-level stakeholders
- Depth in at least one field (workforce transformation, organizational design, HR transformation and operating models, talent, or rewards)
- Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving; strong written and verbal English communication
- Mentor mindset and talent development capability
- Willingness for European travel during delivery peaks
- University degree completed; advanced degree welcomed; fluent English; additional languages a plus
