In this role you will manage key client relationships across industries and advise on international health insurance and group risk solutions. You will renew a client portfolio while pursuing new business opportunities to support growth. You’ll contribute to shaping Mercer Marsh Benefits’ value proposition and intellectual capital, collaborating with internal stakeholders and insurer partners. The position is hybrid with a preference for Bristol or London, offering broad exposure to global clients and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with analysts to deliver high-quality client service
  • Own client deliverables for expatriate health and risk provisioning
  • Design expatriate benefits and lead program renewal/rebidding
  • Prepare client reports with actionable recommendations
  • Recommend changes to benefit programs where appropriate
  • Develop areas of intellectual capital with senior colleagues
  • Coordinate with relationship managers for global clients and Marsh entities
  • Develop external networks with insurer partners

Key requirements

  • Proven benefits experience as a consultant within a broker or insurer
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
