This role offers a £47,500 basic salary OTE £72,500 plus company car.

About the Opportunity

As our General Sales Manager, you\’ll lead, motivate, and develop a talented and engaged team of 15 sales professionals within a busy and thriving dealership. With a committed team in place and strong backing from our leadership, this is your chance to drive the sales strategy, grow the business, and elevate customer experience for this prestigious brand.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven sales leadership in a high-volume dealership (experience as a General Sales Manager ideal, or strong New Car Sales Management background)
• Natural leader: driven, organized, structured, and passionate about people
• Ability to inspire, coach, and empower your team to exceed targets and deliver a best-in-class experience
• Track record of achieving volume and profit objectives in a competitive environment
