Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury has a great opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join the team with a £40,000 basic salary and OTE of £50,000. You'll support the Aftersales Manager in the daily running of the department, specifically front-of-house operations. You'll oversee work planning, resource management, and team performance — including coaching, developing, and motivating colleagues to achieve their best. You'll also take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring they're resolved efficiently and recorded accurately in both Mercedes-Benz and Vertu systems. The role also involves driving additional sales via VHC processes and managing the Mercedes-Benz Breakdown Service.

Our ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, either within a similar role, or you may have already worked within the Service Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license.
