Trainee Sales Executive – Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury We have a rare opportunity for a Trainee Commercial Sales Executive to join our highly successful sales team here at Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury. If you are looking to kickstart a career within Sales with a growing company this could be the role for you! As our Trainee Sales Executive, you will get continuous training from us on a structured training programme, plus also dedicated training through Mercedes Benz – and within 18 months you will be a fully accredited Mercedes Commercial Sales Executive! We are offering a competitive package of £22,000 basic salary with achievable earnings of £40,000 (uncapped after training) plus a company vehicle. You will be working a 40 hour week, Monday – Friday with one in four Saturday mornings – no Sunday or bank holiday working! There is oppertunity to over perform on your OTE and we will provide full training and on-boarding programme to help you become successful and maximise earnings. Over time, you will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their commercial vehicle from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery. Informing the customer on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs. You will be providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting.
