Our Aftersales Team is 20+ strong, comprising skilled technicians, service advisors, workshop control, and drivers — all dedicated to delivering service excellence and complete customer satisfaction. The dealership has seen significant investment in recent years, with a redesigned service reception, a three-lane undercover drive-thru drop-off area, a dedicated smart repair bay, and a full valet facility. Most recently, a £100,000 investment expanded our site to include the # smart brand, broadening our offering and enhancing our customer experience even further. This is a great opportunity to join our highly successful Aftersales department and develop toward a Service/ Aftersales Manager role in the future.
