An opportunity has arisen to join us at our Epsom site. The main purpose of the position is to assist the Head of Sales in managing the Car Sales business, incorporating all the Company's products and services and making decisions regarding the sales unit. To achieve optimal utilisation of the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department in accordance with the Company management goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the financial situation and compile the daily operating controls (DOC).
- Review retained profit.
- Ensure a passion for customer satisfaction.
- FCA accredited: knowledge of finance and related systems.
- Knowledge of insurance products.
- Understanding of car valuations and advanced negotiation skills.
- Experience in a management position.
Hours of work: The showroom is open from 8:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required; however, a 5-day week will be worked. Total 45 hours per week.
